We are so excited to be offering regular Zumba Classes! Every Zumba class is a unique experience. If you have ever been to a class, you know how you feel after and how it keeps you smiling long after the music has stopped. Zumba is so much more than a workout. It touches all areas of your life. Zumba is a fitness class that combines dance and fitness moves. Inspired by Latin dance and music. Classes fuse many styles in its routines, including Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton, Mambo, Rumba, Flamenco and Hip Hop. Music selections include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training - alternating fast and slow rhythms - and resistance training. From this class design, you will experience high intensity segments that alternate with lower-intensity recovery.
